Massage Therapy
Every massage is designed for each client’s personal needs.
Swedish with Deep Tissue Massage
Swedish massage is a classical European massage technique of the muscles with special oils by therapeutic stroking and kneading of muscle tissue to promote stress relief. It is used to improve circulation, relieve muscle pain and tension, increase flexibility, and induce relaxation. It combines three basic strokes to the skin: long, gliding strokes; kneading strokes; and cross fiber strokes. This is the most requested and one of the most enjoyable massages we offer.
Sports and Neuromuscular Massage
This therapeutic, deep tissue massage focuses on specific problem areas, resulting in pain reduction. Other benefits include tension and stress relief, and an overall sense of well-being.
Hot Stone Therapy
This unique therapy uses stones that are formed from volcanic origin and is extremely effective due to the stones thermal and energy conductive; using the stones can induce transformation on many levels. The application of hands in conjunction with these unique stones produces intensified contact with them and universal energies, directing this energy flow to areas of blockage, harmonizing, restoring, and rejuvenating the body at its deepest level.
Raindrop Therapy
Raindrop Therapy is an essential oils relaxation (non-invasive, non-deep muscle) back massage. It integrates Vita Flex and massage with essential oils combined with relaxing applications of moist hot packs. The essential oils are applied like raindrops from a height of about six inches above the back and lightly massaged along the vertebrae. The entire process takes about one hour to complete, but the oils will continue to work in the body for five to seven days bringing balance and harmony to the body physically, mentally and emotionally.
